International Orders
We do ship to certain international addresses. If you bill or ship an order to an international address, please read the policies below to ensure a satisfactory ordering process. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS CANNOT EXCEED $500.00 USD IN MERCHANDISE. International orders must also be billed and shipped to the same verified address. These policies do not apply to customers at APO/FPO addresses as these addresses are considered to be within the United States.

Shipping Charges and Customs Fees
Please be aware that the receiver is fully responsible for all shipping charges, taxes, and customs fees that apply to the order. These fees can be very costly, and at times they can be more than the merchandise itself. These fees are imposed by sources outside of HUDSONGUNNER LLC. and the company accepts no responsibility for the amount of these fees. Free shipping and free return shipping promotions do not apply to international orders.
We are able to ship international orders via USPS First Class International, USPS Global Priority Mail and UPS Worldwide Express/Expedited. We are required to observe and follow all U.S. Export Regulations and Laws. Please be aware that all UPS packages shipped outside of the United States are subject to a Broker’s fee that is imposed directly by UPS. The receiver is completely responsible for paying all related fees to the carrier.
Please note that due to additional paperwork and customs forms required for international orders, they can take an additional 2-3 business days to process.
HUDSONGUNNER LLC. accepts no responsibilities regarding any delays caused by the customer’s home Customs Agency/Department. The process of a package processing through Customs can take anywhere from a few business days to a few weeks. HUDSONGUNNER LLC. has no control over these delays and cannot reroute or refund any packages that are held up in Customs.
HUDSONGUNNER LLC. assumes no responsibilities regarding any exchange rate fees or differences from charges and/or credits.
Please note that our online shipping rate calculator may not always be accurate when you place your order initially. If any changes need to be made to the shipping cost for your order, we will contact you with details.
HUDSONGUNNER LLC. does not ship to freight forwarding or cargo companies, and will cancel any orders to these addresses.
Lost/Abandoned/Damaged Packages
HUDSONGUNNER LLC. will not assume any responsibility for lost, damaged or abandoned international shipments. If your package is lost or damaged, you are responsible for reconciling all lost/damaged items and/or fees with the carrier company. HUDSONGUNNER LLC. will not be held responsible for any lost merchandise that is left unclaimed with Customs or with UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
Merchandise seized by Customs due to your failure to follow your local import regulations will not refunded or credited. You, the customer, are solely responsible for all compliance with your country’s regulations.
If a package is refused by the customer or left unclaimed, it will usually be rerouted back to HUDSONGUNNER LLC.. This will impose a series of shipping fees, custom fees and fuel charges on HUDSONGUNNER LLC. which will in turn be charged directly to the customer. Any and all incurred fees will be charged to the credit card on file used to originally purchase the order. Should these fees exceed the value of the order and merchandise, HUDSONGUNNER LLC. and/or USPS, FedEx, or UPS may choose to abandon the package. HUDSONGUNNER LLC. is not responsible for issuing any refund in this situation.
By placing your international order with us, you are thereby agreeing to all the above conditions. You are acknowledging that you are completely responsible for any and all additional fees and penalties incurred for international orders and you are fully aware that HUDSONGUNNER LLC. will not refund any monies for incurred fees and taxes as well as lost, damaged, unclaimed or refused items.
International Policy for Defective Merchandise
HUDSONGUNNER LLC. does not offer any warranty or guarantee on items that are shipped outside of the United States. All warranties are to be handled directly through the manufacturer. Please be advised that many manufacturers will not honor their warranties for customers outside of the United States. Should a defective item be sent back to HUDSONGUNNER LLC. without prior consent from the return’s department, it will be at the discretion of the return’s department to handle the situation accordingly.
Export Policy & Restrictions
The U.S. Department of State's Directorate of Defense Trade Controls, the U.S. Department of Commerce's Bureau of Industry and Security, and the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control administer export control regulations that affect some aspects of our business. We request that you (the "Customer") read and familiarize yourself with the following information regarding certain applicable export regulations.
The sale, transfer, transportation, or shipment outside of the U.S. of any product prohibited or restricted for export without complying with U.S. export control laws and regulations, including proper export licensing, documentation or authorization, is strictly prohibited and may result in civil penalties and/or constitute a federal crime. Arms Unlimited will not proceed with any transaction that requires the illegal export of any products and will not assist directly or indirectly with the illegal export or re-export of any products. An accurate Automated Export System (AES) filing must be made, whether or not the exportation requires a license.
If you wish to purchase an item for ultimate shipment or use outside of the United States, please be aware an export license may be required to do so. Depending on the value of the order, specific item(s), end user, country of ultimate destination and end use.

International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR):
Some of the item(s) on this website are subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), and export is strictly prohibited without authorization or a license issued by the U.S. Department of State's Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. By proceeding with a transaction to purchase any ITAR restricted item(s), the Customer certifies that (i) the purchase does not require HUDSONGUNNER LLC. to export such items, unless HUDSONGUNNER LLC. is aware of the export and has obtained the appropriate U.S. Government authorization; (ii) the Customer does not intend to export such items after receipt from HUDSONGUNNER LLC. without the appropriate U.S. Government export authorization; (iii) the Customer does not intend to export, transfer, sell, or furnish the item to any foreign person, whether abroad or in the U.S., including any Foreign Embassy in the U.S., without the appropriate U.S. Government export authorization; (iv) the Customer understands that a foreign person under the ITAR § 120.16 means "any natural person who is not a lawful permanent resident as defined by 8 U.S.C. § 1101(a)(20) or who is not a protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. § 1324b(a)(3)," and can mean "any foreign corporation, business association, trust, society, or any other entity or group that is not incorporated or organized to do business in the U.S., as well as international organizations, foreign governments, and any agency or subdivisions of government (e.g. diplomatic missions)" (See ITAR § 120.16); (v) the Customer is a U.S. Person as defined by ITAR § 120.15, meaning the Customer is a lawful permanent resident of the U.S., as defined by 8 U.S.C. § 1101(a)(20), or is a protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. § 1324b(a)(3), or is a "corporation, business association, partnership, society, trust, or any other entity, organization or group that is incorporated to do business in the U.S., or is a governmental (federal, state, or local) entity" (See ITAR § 120.15).
Export Administration Regulations (EAR):
Some of the item(s) on this website are subject to the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), and export may be restricted by the U.S. Department of Commerce's Bureau of Industry and Security. By proceeding with a transaction to purchase any restricted item(s), the Customer certifies that (i) the purchase does not require HUDSONGUNNER LLC. to export such items, unless HUDSONGUNNER LLC. is aware of the export and has obtained the appropriate U.S. Government authorization; (ii) the Customer does not intend to export such items after receipt from HUDSONGUNNER. without the appropriate U.S. Government export authorization.
Important Export Restrictions Warning!
(1) Export of some HUDSONGUNNER products is strictly prohibited without a valid export license issued by the U.S. Department of State, in accordance with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) (22 C.F.R. 120-130) or a valid export license issued by the U.S. Department of Commerce, in accordance with theExport Administration Regulations (EAR) (15 C.F.R. 730-774).
(2) U.S. law prohibits the sale, transfer, or export of items to certain restricted parties, destinations, and embargoed countries, as identified on lists maintained by the U.S. Department of State, the U.S. Department of Commerce, and the U.S. Department of Treasury. It is the responsibility of the Customer to be aware of these lists, which can be found at the following U.S. Government websites. By proceeding with any transaction, the Customer certifies that the Customer will not engage in any unauthorized transaction involving the export of any products sold by HUDSONGUNNER LLC. to any restricted parties or destinations.
By proceeding with a transaction to purchase any items from HUDSONGUNNER LLC., the Customer certifies that he/she will comply with all requirements imposed by all applicable laws, regulations and administrative policies.
