Payment Methods
We accept the four major credit cards as payment methods (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express).
Authorizations
Upon placing an order with HUDSONGUNNER LLC., the customers' credit card may be authorized by the credit card company for the full dollar amount of the order. Although this amount may initially appear as a charge, it is simply an authorization run by the credit card company confirming if the necessary funds are available to process the order. This amount will automatically be removed within two to five business days from the date the order was placed.
HUDSONGUNNER LLC. will not act as an intermediary between the bank and the customer to have this authorization amount removed any earlier than what is required by the respective bank.
Cancellation Policy
If the cancellation is received prior to the credit card settlement we will void the transaction and your card will not be charged. However, if the cancellation is received after the credit card settlement you will be refunded less 3.5% of the amount paid.
Clearance Items
Please be aware that the closeout items are in limited supply. If these items are out of stock on your order, they will be cancelled off of your order without notice in order to expedite the shipment of in stock items
Cancelled Order Policy
HUDSONGUNNER LLC. attempts to ship orders as quickly as possible. As a result once an order is submitted via any method (website, mail, fax, or phone) we will not be able to cancel your order once it has been processed, nor will we be able to stop it from shipping. Please note that the customer is responsible for confirming that the order is accurate and for returning the package back to HUDSONGUNNER LLC. for a refund according to our Return Policy. HUDSONGUNNER LLC. will not be responsible for any orders that cannot be cancelled or stopped. Any order that needs to be returned are subject to the normal Return Policy.
Ordering Incorrect Items, Incorrect Ship To Addresses, and Requesting Changes To Existing Orders
HUDSONGUNNER LLC. ships orders as quickly as possible. As a result once an order is submitted via any method (website, mail, fax, or phone) we will not be able to make changes to your order once it has been processed, nor will we be able to stop it from shipping. The customer is responsible for making sure their order is accurate (shipping address, shipping method, and items ordered including sizes, gun fits, colors and quantities). If you do make an error in ordering you will have to follow our Return Policy. If possible, we can attempt to change the ship to address once the package has been shipped, however, we are completely subject to the shipping company's policies. If the address can be changed a $14 service charge will apply.
HUDSONGUNNER LLC. will not be responsible for errors made by customers entering wrong information. We will not reship the order for free, nor pay for the incorrect items to be shipped back to us. Items needing to be returned are subject to our Return Policy.
Special Requests/Order Comments
Please note that HUDSONGUNNER LLC. will attempt to accommodate special requests. That being said, there are times where orders are processed automatically before we are able to execute the comments that customers leave in their order during the checkout process. Please note that the comments will be handled as a request, and they may or may not be executed before the order is processed. Due to the large volume of orders we incur, customers will not be notified if we are unable to accommodate those requests. Please be aware that your comments will not be seen by shipping carriers and directions about delivery will not be followed.
Pricing & Web Errors
Pricing, specifications, availability and terms of offers may change without notice. Taxes, fees and shipping and handling charges extra, and vary. HUDSONGUNNER LLC. cannot be held responsible for pricing or other errors, and reserves the right to cancel orders arising from such errors.
Wrong Item Received/Missing Items/Defective/Damage Merchandise Policy
Please examine the outer box and all contents immediately upon receipt for any signs of Wrong Item(s) Shipped/Missing items from the shipment/Defective Merchandise/Damaged goods. All claims must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery. Please e-mail us at cs@hudsongunner.com with your order # and tracking information so that we can handle the situation accordingly.
Sales & Use Tax Information
HUDSONGUNNER LLC. is required by law to collect sales tax on all orders being shipped to the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, California, Connecticut, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah, Vermont, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming. Your order will reflect the appropriate sales tax charge prior to checkout and it will also be displayed on your final order confirmation.
Store Credit Information
If you request or are issued a store credit from HUDSONGUNNER LLC., you will have 90 days from the date it is issued to use the store credit before it expires. If you have any questions, please contact us at CS@hudsongunner.com.
If you happen to find an authorized dealer that has product listed at a lower advertised price than ours, we will be happy to match. Their price as long as you meet the criteria outlined below.
Price Match Terms and Conditions:
The item must be one that we currently carry on our website.
The item must be the exact same item (color, size, etc.) on both our website and the competitor's website.
The competitor must be an authorized reseller of the brand/item in question.
You must direct us to the competitor's lower advertised price.
We price match new and unused product only.
Closeouts, advertisement errors, and clearance sales do not apply.
This guarantee cannot be combined with other sales and/or promotions.
Auction sites and non-authorized resellers are not applicable under this guarantee.
We reserve the right to end this guarantee at any time, or to deny a price match.

Weapon and Knife Policy
All customers attempting to purchase a weapon or knife must be 18 years or older. By purchasing a knife from HUDSONGUNNER LLC., you understand that it is not designed or intended for use as a weapon. HUDSONGUNNER LLC. does not warrant that a person may legally purchase, possess, or carry any specific items offered, according to federal, state or local laws. By purchasing any item from HUDSONGUNNER LLC., whether by phone, mail, electronic mail (email) or in person, the buyer grants that he/she is in compliance with federal, local, and state laws and is legally able to purchase these items. HUDSONGUNNER LLC. makes no guarantee either expressed or implied, as to any matter not expressly provided herein, including without limitation, the condition, quality, design, or fitness of the knife for use on any particular purpose. By acceptance of the knife, purchaser agrees that HUDSONGUNNER LLC. shall have no liability to purchaser or any person whatsoever for any claim, loss, damage or expense arising from handling, use, display, or storage of a Weapon or knife.
Airsoft/BB, Baton, Pepper Spray, and Stun Gun Policy
Be sure to check our Baton, Pepper Spray & Stun Gun Policy ( Click here to see policy). You may be violating your local laws if you possess these items. As we do not know the laws where you live you should check with local law enforcement before buying/possessing this item.
Please note that all Airsoft, Airgun, BB, and Pellet guns are restricted to those over the age of 18.
Body Armor Policy
HUDSONGUNNER LLC. does reserve the right to refuse to sell body armor to any person.
The United States law restricts possession of body armor for convicted felons. Many U.S. states also have penalties for possession or use of body armor by felons. HUDSONGUNNER LLC. is unable to ship any Body Armor, Plates, Shields, etc. to the state of Connecticut or outside of the United States. By purchasing body armor from HUDSONGUNNER LLC, you are certifying that you have not been convicted of any crime that would restrict you from being able to purchase or possess body armor under any Federal or State laws. Furthermore, you are acknowledging that you do not intend to use the body armor for any criminal purpose and that you are over the age of 18 years old.
Additional Product Restrictions
HUDSONGUNNER LLC. has additional product restrictions, either in place from the manufacturer or through our own polices. This includes but is not limited to:
