Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your order, we will do our best to correct the situation. Because of the costs involved with returning products, it is always best to contact us with any questions you may have about our products before you place an order.

HUDSONGUNNER LLC. sells both new in the package items and pre-owned rare and hard to find items.

New products are covered under the manufacturer's warranty, unless otherwise specified. Product defects must be handled by contacting the manufacturer directly. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of delivery of your order.

HUDSONGUNNER LLC. specializes in acquiring new, vintage, rare, and difficult to find tactical and outdoor equipment. We do our best to describe the actual condition of these items and take pictures showing the condition of these items. Vintage/Pre-owned or out of package items are sold in the listed condition and are normally sold as is. If you have questions about these items please ask before you purchase. Contact us if you are not satisfied with your purchase of any of our Vintage/Pre-owned items. Depending on the circumstance of the return; HUDSONGUNNER LLC. reserves the right in its sole discretion determining the acceptance of returns on these items. We will treat you fairly and want to keep you as our customer.

No returns will be accepted without prior approval from HUDSONGUNNER LLC.. Please contact us to process a return. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number. No international returns.

Return Requirements:

  •    All returns must be made within 14 days of product delivery.
  •    A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all refused, undelivered or abandoned items.
  •    We DO NOT accept returns on any hygienic products – this includes earplugs.
  •    Items must be returned in the condition you received it from HUDSONGUNNER LLC.; new with the original box and/or packaging, including manufacturer tags where applicable. All accessories, documentation, and registration cards must be included with the return.
  •    Buyer is responsible for shipping return costs.
  •    Any shipping charges for product returns are non-refundable.
  •    HUDSONGUNNER LLC. does not refund the original shipping charge (when applicable).
  •    IF you received any promotional item(s) with your order, and you need to return the item(s) that earned you those promotional item(s), you will also need to include the promotional item(s) with your return.

A valid RMA number must be written clearly on the outside of the packaging or on the receipt that accompanied your order. Please DO NOT place any labels, write on, or attempt to ship back your return item in just the manufacturers box. The customer is responsible for shipping charges and insurance on all return shipments. If your shipping carrier has lost or damaged your package, please contact them directly.

Non-acceptable exceptions to our return policy:

  •    Obvious wear & tear such as scratches or dents on any merchandise; kinks in watch band; tears and holes in garments; scratches on sunglasses and/or goggle lenses.
  •    Footwear must be returned in the original box, which also CANNOT be used as the shipping box. You must ship the footwear back in the original packaging, inside another box.
  •    Any and all size adjustments such as links removed from watch bands; garments that have been laundered, tailored and/or altered, etc.
  •    Dirt, sand, sun and/or water damage, antiperspirant stains, makeup, animal fur, etc.
  •    Obvious odors such as cigarette smoke, perfume or colognes, etc.
  •    Protective Packaging or original packaging that has been defaced in any manner, or is absent upon return. This includes boot/footwear boxes.
  •    Related warranty paperwork, inserts, attached coupons and/or instructions pamphlets are absent.
  •    Due to Health Code Violations, underwear (boxers, briefs, etc.) and socks are not eligible for return.
  •    Due to the nature of body armor products, all sales are final. No returns are accepted after the order has been placed. Please contact us prior to placing your order to address any concerns or questions.
  •    Certain products containing liquid material such as pepper sprays, gun lubricants and cleaning products are not eligible for return.
  •    If you have received a gift that was purchased from, and you need to make a return, please contact our returns department and they can assist you.
  •    Gift Certificates are NOT eligible for return/refund, they are final sale.

Please note that as soon as we receive and process your return, we will issue a refund to the original credit card. However, we can only issue refunds to your credit card within 45 days of the original shipment date.
