Shipping Policy

HUDSONGUNNER LLC. generally ships orders for in-stock items within 1-2 business days via UPS SurePost, UPS Ground, FedEx SmartPost, FedEx Ground, FedEx Home Delivery, USPS First Class Mail, and USPS Priority Mail. A shipping provider is selected based upon the size, contents, and value of the product being shipped at the discretion of HUDSONGUNNER LLC..

We cannot guarantee that your package will arrive in any particular time frame. There are instances where UPS, FedEx or USPS will delay the shipment of a package due to unforeseen events. If your package has been delayed beyond its scheduled delivery time, we will not be able to refund any shipping charges. Please be aware that FedEx and USPS do not have any guarantees as to the delivery time of a ground package.

Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been marked "shipped."

We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason at our discretion. If you placed an order for an item that is out of stock, you will be notified within 1-2 business days.

UPS and FedEx do NOT consider weekends or holidays to be "shipping days". UPS and FedEx do not guarantee their ground shipping method. UPS and FedEx are also not able to deliver to PO Boxes. We strongly urge all customers with a deadline to utilize an expedited shipping method. These are the only guaranteed shipping methods (excluding non-business days). Please note that USPS shipping has the same priority as all other ground methods of shipping and does not have priority over other shipping methods.

We make every attempt to ship the majority of our orders within 1 business day of placement (excluding weekends and holidays). If there is to be an extended delay in shipping your order due to circumstances beyond our control, we will attempt within all reasonable means to contact you for further instructions.

If a customer is in receipt of merchandise that was drop-shipped (merchandise from one of HUDSONGUNNER LLC's distributors shipped directly to the customer), it is the customer's responsibility to contact HUDSONGUNNER LLC.  regarding the drop-shipped merchandise. We will not be held liable for issuing refunds and/or exchanges on any drop-shipped merchandise that a customer has chosen to return to the distributor. In addition, HUDSONGUNNER LLC. will not be held liable for any missing or damaged items that the customer has chosen to return to the distributor. Furthermore, if drop-shipped merchandise has been returned to the distributor by the customer, HUDSONGUNNER LLC. reserves the right to end all further assistance and proceedings regarding the customer's order. All drop shipped merchandise must be returned to HUDSONGUNNER LLC. not to the manufacturer.

Should a package be lost or damaged, it is the customer's responsibility to report the loss to HUDSONGUNNER LLC. so that the problem may be addressed in a timely manner. Lost UPS and FedEx packages must be reported within 30 days of the original ship date of the package. Lost USPS packages must be reported within 90 days of the original ship date. The postal service will not allow us to open a USPS claim before 45 days from the original ship date. If you feel that your USPS package has been lost, you must submit your concern in writing so that we may open a claim with the postal service. Please be aware that claims cannot be opened after 90 days, and HUDSONGUNNER LLC. assumes no responsibility for claims made after these time periods. Please note any shipment that goes out via Standard Shipping, UPS SurePost, and FedEx SmartPost may not be rerouted by HUDSONGUNNER LLC. after the package is in transit.

Free Shipping Policy

All orders over $100 are eligible for free shipping (unless otherwise stated). Free Shipping shipments are shipped via Economy shipping which typically takes 3-10 business days to the lower 48 states and means that your order will ship the most economical method possible (this is automatic and we cannot take requests). These methods can include but are not limited to UPS SurePost, UPS Ground, FedEx SmartPost, FedEx Ground, FedEx Home Delivery, USPS First Class Mail, and USPS Priority Mail. All shipments include a tracking number and will be emailed to you when available. Free shipping offers never apply to oversized items unless specifically stated on that item page. If you use a free shipping coupon with a mix of normal items and oversize items we may have to ask for shipping charge due to the excessive cost of shipping large items like rifle bags and Pelican cases, etc.

Preventing Fraudulent Charges

HUDSONGUNNER LLC. takes very strict precautions to ensure that many of our orders are verified in order to guard against fraud. We use a credit card authorization system that verifies your credit card number to the billing address that the bank has on file. If you use an address different than the actual address on file with the credit card your order may be placed on hold until we can verify your information. When possible, we ask that you use the same billing and shipping information for your order. Again, we may be forced to put the order on hold until we can verify all of the information on the order. HUDSONGUNNER LLC. will not be responsible for upgrading the shipping or offering a discount of any sort should either of these situations occur. The customer is responsible for ensuring that all billing and shipping information is accurate. At this time we are not able to ship orders to a freight forwarding or cargo company.

Shipping to US Territories

All orders shipping to states and territories such as Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, and Guam will be shipped via USPS.

Oversized/Large Items

At times the online system is unable to accurately calculate the shipping for larger items, such as rifle cases, Pelican cases, etc. If this occurs we will contact you after your order has been placed in order to verify any changes in the shipping costs.

Q: Is shipping free? A: Qualifying orders over $100 come with free shipping.

Q: Why does my tracking number not work? A: Most tracking numbers will be track-able within 24 hours of receipt of the email notification. If you received your tracking number and you've allowed 48 hours for UPS/USPS/FedEx to update tracking information and still are not able to track your package, please email us to inquire at:

Q: Do you ship to freight forwarders? A: No, we do not ship to freight forwarders.

Q: Do you require a signature for delivery? A: All orders over $200 require signature on delivery. There are no exceptions.

Q: Do I have to be home at time of delivery? A: This decision is often at the carriers discretion. Carriers may leave the package with an apartment management office or even on your front/back porch if the driver deems that the area is secure enough to leave the package. Otherwise, a notice will be posted that a delivery attempt was made and it will offer a variety of ways for you to obtain your order.

Q: Can I change my shipping address? A: Contact us immediately to make any changes to your shipping address, if the order has already been marked shipped it can not be changed.

Q: How can I change or cancel my order? A: Contact us immediately to change or cancel your order; we make no guarantee that the change can be made before the order ships. If the order has been marked shipped, no changes can be made. We regret any inconvenience this may cause you.

Q: How do I return my package if I changed my mind? A: Once you've received your package, contact us for an RMA number. Simply write the RMA number on the box and ship the package to our facility. See our Return Policy and follow the instructions before returning a package.

Q: What happens if my package was sent back? A: If a package is refused upon delivery and returned to our facility without an RMA number, the product value will be refunded upon receipt, less a restocking fee to cover our shipping costs as well as the shipping fee charged by UPS/USPS to return the package to our facility.
