California Assembly Bill 1263

Due to California law, customers seeking to purchase firearm parts and accessories must be 18 years of age or older and are required to provide proof of age and identity by submitting a digital copy of their valid state-issued ID showing date of birth and photograph. Please email your documentation to cs@hudsongunner.com.
The order’s shipping address must match the address on the ID provided. The order will be shipped with a direct signature attached. This means that you must present the courier with proof of identification and your signature at the time of delivery. No one else can accept the package on your behalf.
Once an order is submitted, any cancellation will incur a 20% cancellation fee.
If you are not able to sign for your package and it gets returned to us, we will only process a refund minus a 20% restocking fee and the original shipping cost.
Entities that are exempt from the bill are FFLs, Military Units, and Federal/Law Enforcement Agencies.
