HUDSONGUNNER LLC. will not ship pepper spray, or stun guns to the below list of locations (see respective lists below). If you attempt to place an order for a restricted item and have it shipped in violation of the below listed of "no-ship-to" lists we will cancel your order. This statement does not apply to persons allowed by law to possess batons, pepper spray, or stun guns (ie Police Officers, security personnel, or military personnel). If you are allowed to possess these items please call customer service when ordering at 949-355-1249. We will ask for a copy of your active police/security/military ID to be faxed or emailed for confirmation.
Stun Gun Restriction List
STATE RESTRICTIONS:
- DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA: Illegal

- ILLINOIS: Restricted
1. In order to possess a Taser or stun gun, an individual must have a valid FOID card, as is currently required for firearms.
2. Sellers of Taser or stun guns must check the buyers FOID card and keep the record of sale for ten years, the same requirements for firearms sales.
3. When a licensed firearms dealer sells a Taser or stun gun, they must request a background check of the buyer.
4. The 24-hour waiting period required for long guns, shotguns, and rifles, will also apply to taser and stun gun purchases.

Pepper Spray Restriction List
States Where Defensive Sprays are Restricted
- New York: residents can only purchase defensive sprays from FFL dealers and licensed pharmacists.
- Michigan: OC (oleoresin capsicum) defensive spray cannot consist of more that 2% concentrate. CS (othoclorobenzalmalonitrile) is the only tear gas accepted and cannot be larger than 35 grams per container. All combination sprays are banned.
- Wisconsin: only pepper is allowed. Tear gas, UV DYE and all combination defensive sprays are banned. OC cannot be more than 10% concentrate. Defensive spray containers must be between 15-60 grams as well as have a safety feature.
The above list provides only basic information about pepper spray laws within the U.S. Ultimately, it is up to the customer to know the laws and restrictions within his/her state, county and city. You must be 18 years or older to purchase any pepper spray.
California Baton Policy
We will not ship batons to civilians in California. Active police, military, and security personnel must call 949-355-1249 to order. You will be asked to fax a copy of your ID.
