ProTech IMPAC-HT1 Handgun Threat/Spike 1 Plates. High-velocity handgun threats are growing every day. ProTech's IMPAC HT1 (Handgun Threat/Spike 1) provides protection against some of today's toughest special threat rounds and spiked/edged weapons. The ProTech IMPAC HT1 is precision fabricated with Stainless Steel and Uni-directional polyethylene, compressed at ultra-high pressures to form a semi-rigid special threat plate.
