This ingenious head- mounted illumination tool might appear somewhat complicated at first, yet it's actually quite simple to put on, adjust, and operate. The headband is extremely comfortable and adjustable; it'll fit most heads and helmets with a slight tug on a couple of straps. The center strap can be removed for use with a helmet, while the cable management system keeps the wires safe, snug and out of sight. 

The Saint's beacon features a continuously variable adjustment range from 0-100 lumens; this gives you the ultimate level of control and the ability to fine-tune the lamp for your particular application, and extend battery-life when necessary. The beam can also be adjusted along the vertical axis; you can angle the beam to where you want it without having to twist your neck uncomfortably. 

The battery pack of the Saint is unique; you can use up to 3 CR123A batteries or two "AA" cells. The decision to install 1 or 3 CF123As has no effect on the Saint's lumen output, but more cells do offer a longer run time. The battery compartment is situated at the rear of the headband, and when it's loaded with batteries it balances the assembly very well. When the Saint is on your head you'll know it's there, but its form-fitting comfort provides a set-it-and-forget-it level of wearability.
