Send your TS1005 Battery to us and we will charge it to full capacity and ship it back you you within one to 2 business days. The ETA of arrival back to you is dependent upon USPS ground shipping no charge.

Batteries must be shipped ground.

** Note that most batteries will show a capacity reduction over their service life. Most batteries will show a full charge of 95% to 100% but some could be lower. Older batteries with many cycles may not allow a charge. It is recommended that you not deplete your batteries lower than 25% prior to recharging them.

**if we receive a battery that cannot take a charge (some but not all batteries showing 0% or blank screen) we will either return it to you with a refund at the price of the return shipping and less our 4% merchant fees ($43 to $42 refund depending on shipping location). Or, you can pay an additional $50 and we will send you a different fully charged battery and will dispose of the one sent. If you have any questions please contact me prior to your purchase.
